Using multiple expression systems, Paragon has the capacity to manufacture up to gram quantities of recombinant proteins, including bacteria and yeast, baculovirus, mammalian.

Starting from a gene sequence or cDNA, Paragon molecular biologists will  clone your gene (with or without affinity tags) into a commercially available expression vector or a custom vector the client provides. Alternatively, we can use your existing cell line to move directly into production.
